Please read these Terms carefully before using peeklab.gg. By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using peeklab.gg (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and peeklab.gg ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
peeklab.gg provides a web-based training platform that connects users to dedicated Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") game server instances for the purpose of practising prefire routes and improving in-game aim and positioning. The Service operates independently of Valve Corporation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
The Service includes, without limitation: access to dedicated CS2 server instances, performance tracking and statistical analysis, session history, and any other features we may introduce from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using an email address and password, or by authenticating through your Steam account via Steam's OpenID service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account; and (d) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
peeklab.gg offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Premium"). By subscribing to a Premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set out at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a fee change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe, Inc.). We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to Premium features.
Counter-Strike 2 is a game developed and published by Valve Corporation. peeklab.gg is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, authorised, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Valve Corporation or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
Your use of Steam and CS2 is governed by Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and any applicable Valve end-user licence agreements, available at https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/. You are solely responsible for compliance with those agreements.
The game server instances provided by peeklab.gg run CS2 server software (SRCDS) obtained via SteamCMD under Valve's standard licensing terms for dedicated server operators. Custom training maps published to the Steam Workshop are subject to the Steam Workshop Terms of Service. We make no representation that our use of CS2 server software is guaranteed to remain permissible under Valve's policies, which may change at any time.
We are not responsible for any action taken by Valve Corporation with respect to your Steam account, including but not limited to bans, suspensions, or restrictions arising from your use of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, network, or system associated with the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers; (e) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service in a manner not expressly permitted; (f) share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the Service through your account; or (g) engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem harmful, offensive, or contrary to the purpose of the Service.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, custom training maps created by peeklab.gg, and software — are owned by peeklab.gg or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
Counter-Strike 2, the Steam logo, and all related marks and assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. Their use on this platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Valve Corporation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEEKLAB.GG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect and process the following categories of data: account information (email address, Steam ID), session performance data (kill events, reaction times, accuracy statistics), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers) for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service (including payment processors and hosting providers) under appropriate data processing agreements.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account and ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy; and (c) any outstanding payment obligations survive termination. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which peeklab.gg is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and peeklab.gg concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
